Priya yoga studio 


I am very pleased to teach yoga in my studio.  I believe the acquiring of yoga skills is a gift, which enables students to build a new awareness of their body, mind, and spirit. Practicing yoga with awareness, breathing, and a compassionate approach toward to oneself, is the key at Priya Yoga. A great deal of attention is given to student's safety and body alignments.

Priya Yoga Studio yoga classes are tailored to fit all levels of ability. A high degree of individual attention is given to all participants, regardless of  their level.  The small group setting allows each participant to obtain the maximum benefits from yoga. The  attention and assistance will be distinctly customized to each student's preferences.  Some experiences typically included into small class setting include deep relaxation, yoga Nidra, and meditation.



About Me

I am a certified Kripalu yoga teacher with 200 and  hours of training. I had  competed a  500 hour yoga teacher training in June 2016.  I am also a Reiki and Thai Yoga massage practitioner.  I teach all levels of yoga, from seniors chair yoga, beginner, intermediate and advanced.  Currently I  teach yoga at Delmanor  Seniors' Communities, 519 Gay & Lesbian Community Centre  and  Thornhill Community Center.  I also hold monthly  Yoga/Thai massage  workshops for  Mosaic Home Care and Toronto Out & Out club.
